Umaji Village is a small rural village in Kochi prefecture of Japan, known for producing high-quality yuzu fruit. 

Umaji Village's yuzu trees are grown naturally and traditionally, with little or no use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The village is located in a remote and mountainous area, which gives the yuzu trees unique environmental conditions that contribute to the unique taste and aroma of the fruit.

The village is known for manufacturing Yuzu Village Juice. 

Yuzu is delivered directly from the fields of Umaji Village. The harvested fruits are immediately transported to the nearby juice factory, where they are squeezed. The juice is frozen to preserve the flavor. The Umaji Village Agricultural Cooperative handles all operations, including water extraction.
