Only 10% of the selection is sold as fresh fruit. Fresh yuzu is still hard to find, but you can enjoy original fresh yuzu from November to February every year. They are fully ripe and of the finest quality.

Yuzu is generally grown on the hillside. It is grown without the use of pesticides during the cultivation period.
