Yuzu is a unique citrus fruit between oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. The flavor of this fruit is very versatile and can be used to make various foods and spices. Yuzu has a floral aroma and also a tartness of lime. 

Yuzu is mainly originated and mostly used in making aromatic products and food items in Japan.

Yellow and Green Yuzu Dressing is a balanced combination of the refreshing acidity and aroma of Yuzu and natural salt from Hinata Bunka in Miyazaki Prefecture. The crunchy texture combined with the rich yuzu crust will elevate the taste to the next level. 

It has mainly two ingredients. Yuzu and High Tide Salt.

  • Yuzu from Miyazaki Prefecture - The mountainous region of Miyazaki Prefecture is one of the leading yuzu production areas. The cold wind blowing down from the Kirishima mountains and the warm climate of the south promote yuzu, which has a "rich aroma" and "high sugar content". This dressing contains about 10% or more yuzu (a percentage of the total)
  • Tidal Salt from Hyuganada, Miyazaki Prefecture - Only seawater collected from the Hyuga Sea is used to make tidal salt. It is carefully cooked in a flat pot using traditional methods. The seawater collected during the high tide is said to contain many minerals. Its natural flavor gently brings out the flavor of the ingredients.

It has a gentle taste. So, not only it can be used in salads, but also in various dishes such as pork shabu, sashimi, shumai, hotpots, ham salad, and dips.

  • This dressing is characterized by a rich amount of ingredients and crunchy texture. It also contains a lot of yuzu peel, so you can enjoy the natural citrus aroma with your dishes.
  • Yuzu pairs well with seafood-based ingredients, and sprinkling it on fried foods or Meunier enhances the delicious taste of the food. Even when added to hot pot dishes, the delicate aroma of yuzu elevates the flavor of the dish.
