Kito Yuzu Syrup is a high-quality multi-purpose Japanese syrup. Yuzu is the main ingredient to manufacture this sparkling creation, delivering a sophisticated and one-of-a-kind flavor profile. 

This syrup is a mixture of Kito yuzu juice and lychee honey. It is carefully hand-squeezed within 24 hours of harvest. Kintoki ginger and golden ginger extract from Kochi prefecture are sun-dried and then processed.

The recommended ratio for dilution is 4 parts syrup: 1 part water. 

  • Enjoy by mixing it with sparkling water, ice water, or warm water. In summer, it can also be enjoyed as a sorbet. Enjoy by adding it to black tea or shochu.
  • To enjoy the natural citrus flavor and the rich scent of yuzu, it is bottled raw without heating and adding preservatives, additives, and coloring agents. Also, no pesticides or chemicals are used in growing these yuzu fruits.
  • In Kito households, This syrup is used as a substitute for vinegar in various dishes. Recent studies have also shown that it has a beneficial effect on the intestinal environment.
