Yuzu is delivered directly from the fields of Umaji Village. The harvested fruits are immediately transported to the nearby juice factory, where they are squeezed. The juice is frozen to preserve the flavor. There is a yuzu field nearby, and the Umaji Village Agricultural Cooperative handles all operations, including water extraction.

• This is made using the clear water of the aromatic yuzu, the clean water of the Yasuda River that flows through Yuzawa Village, and sweet and tasty honey.
