Kito Yuzu is grown in the Kito region of Tokushima. Compared to other yuzus, they are characterized by a bright color, rich aroma, and remarkable sourness. It has a sour taste and a strong aroma, like a mixture of lemon and grapefruit.

It is produced in a natural climate without using pesticides and organic fertilizers.
