YUZU GROWERS PRODUCERS AND CUSTOM PRESSERS AND BOTTLERS, EXTRACT AND PRODUCT COMPANY

Kankitsurui Kaisha have been offering yuzu goods to customers all over the world for more than fifty years, and in Japan for 62+ years. KK have mastered the craft to the point that we are now industry leaders in selecting and breeding and growing the fruits to the tune of different tastes and flavor profile outcomes.

We process all of our raw materials after maturity and picking (by hand and by machine depending on the scale of the Shikoku industrial or Kyushu small organic farms) in cutting-edge OEM Kochi and Kagoshima facilities that help to preserve all of the natural qualities and avoid pasteurization outside of juicing non-cold press for export or mass market megastores. By dealing with us, you may relax knowing that every product satisfies the requested standard and particular demand, and that in fact your yuzu product can be customized and perfected.

Additionally, our sophisticated logistics system will always guarantee that you receive your orders on time, with Japanese speed via air or sea, cold chain or shelf-stable preserving and packaging. We can fly or sail yuzus in reefers and refrigeration to the US, China, or Europe to its high end markets and bonded warehouses, and work with FDA and USDA as well as CFDA and EU protocols for fresh produce.

Our online store offers a variety of Yuzu products that have been designed, packaged, processed, and bottled. From production to shelf to sales, we operate consistently and committed to our customers.

Shipping Frozen: We will provide you with freight cost on a spot basis and will charge you separately. We will try to dispatch via Air shipping. Please confirm.

Note: If we go for the FedEx/ DHL etc using the cooling gel then it will be a smooth process and will reach the shipment till the buyer’s destination but expensive. We advise this option to move forward but we don’t guarantee the peel will remain completely frozen till it reaches the buyer. ( Cooling gel can only assist in keeping the container cool for a small period compared to dry ice )

Regarding the Cooling Gel: Our standard cooling gel is 150g pack and 520g pack . So please consider enough gel in your calculation.  Our standard Carton size is 295 × 240 × 290 mm ( But we are not sure how many 1kg packs can be accommodated inside at this moment). So we request a significant buffer weight for estimate calculations.

OPTION #1:
DHL via your account (Door to Door/Cooling Gel): We can ship 20kg of Yuzu Peel using cooling gel sheets, in this case using gel packs, we do not need to be DG approved. You can book the shipment from your end as we do not have an account. We will provide the logistics details.

OPTION #2:
Nihonmoto FedEx account (door to door/cooling gel):
Ship the product via our FedEx account by using a cooling gel sheet, we will book the shipment from our side as we are already registered in FedEx.

OPTION #3:
Shipping via logistics company (Fukuoka Airport to Seattle Airport/Dry Ice):
We have already given you our best prices for 20kgs and 100kgs of Yuzu Peel via Dry Ice Air Shipping.

Shelf Stable Juice by bottles does not need frozen shipping:

Frozen configurations:

We would recommend the following:

Please note that we are comfortable starting with an MOQ of 100 cartons for large juice cold shipments ( 20kgs per carton * 100 cartons = 2,000 kgs. ) but LCL is not possible in a 20ft reefer container, so we always encourage all our customers to buy as much as possible for cost-effectiveness.

※Regarding the quantity we leave the final judgment on our client requirements.

※ For your reference: Below is a picture of a shipment to a customer in the EU with a similar situation where the customer requirement was a small quantity but the air shipment and other ways were not feasible. So we had proposed shipment as per the picture below and the customer was satisfied to accept it.

Yuzu: The Citrus Fruit Gaining Attention Around The World

The attractive Yuzu plays an indispensable supporting role in complementing Japanese dishes.

In credit and cooperation with Japan Yuzu, Google Arts & Culture, & Ministry of Agriculture

Large-scale production of yuzu in Monobe began around 1960. However, according to Takuya Hirose, who is familiar with the district’s history and instructs locals in yuzu cultivation, the citrus has been grown in household gardens here for centuries.

“Monobe is surrounded by steep slopes in every direction and there is little in the way of flat land,” Hirose points out. “As a result, rice has just never really been viable here. Being a staple crop, it has naturally been grown, but in only limited amounts. That has also meant that it has been hard to produce rice vinegar. It is said that is the reason people here long ago turned to the yuzu grown in their gardens to make vinegar from the fruit juice. If you look around Monobe even now, you’ll see many huge old yuzu trees growing in gardens.”
